Brokenline was established in San Diego, California in 2004 and has been growing rapidly with new concepts throughout the United States. With locations in both San Diego and Los Angeles Counties, Brokenline's main objective is to produce high quality films. Brokenline works with a diverse group of artists, which make for a fun and unique production experience. Brokenline also works with and accepts new filmmakers, musical artists, and talent who have little or no prior experience. Brokenline Productions is in the business of breaking the lines and barriers of traditional film production.

CURRENT PRODUCTIONS

THE OUTSIDE is the story of young aspiring professional surfer Ned Blakey. It chronicles the life of Ned as he lives out his dream, unfortunately his life gets turned upside down and he eventually hits rock bottom. With nowhere to turn, Ned finds himself back at where it all began. Ned Blakey grew up in Southern California learning to ride waves and live a clean lifestyle. In and out of the water, Ned hangs with his entourage of friends Travis, Indo, Scratch, and his first love Amber. Ned, without a father to look up to, follows his mother's footsteps as a competitive surfer. Local surfboard shaper Michael Downey helps steer Ned in the right direction as a sponsor, and positive role model for the ups and downs of the professional surf industry. However, Ned must find his own way back to THE OUTSIDE.
